But to do that we will have to radically change what we eat, more animal protein and fat, more perennial fruits, and little or no grain. We will also have to change how food and waste are distributed. <br /><br />Absolutely. By the way, I've been following Joe for a number of years and sometimes he contradicts himself twice on every page. Which of course doesn't change the fact that he is full of great ideas and is an extremely bright light that shows the way to great many people.<br /><br />I'm afraid, we'll also have to adjust our expectations about how many people the Earth can *sustainably* feed.
