Each person has a responsibility for themselves. What can a doctor do if a patient refused to quite smoking? If they eat junk food all the time? If they are sedentary? And then to get the person to a doctor when they should. I had a friend that I kept telling to go see a doctor because her symptoms could be something serious. She took years to get there.
