Yet another Cold Rainy April Day.

It has been cold and rainy most of "spring break", except for Saturday and Easter Sunday. We had family and church obligations on those days, so the weather was beautiful. Not much progress was made on the potager pavers. Nothing got done in the garden. Everything stayed alive, and we had a nice time, but it wasn't productive as far as the farm goes.

A few more pavers down. Still a long way to go.

Today it is raining again. We are canning Hot and Sour Soup and Mexican Stroganoff. We love both of these things, and canning them lets us save our freezer room for other things, and speeds meal prep time when the days get busy.
