Friday is Pizza Night at the Roost. We make pizza. I usually make the dough for the crust the day before, but other than that it is a make-it, eat-it kind of night. Sometimes we invite people, sometimes people just show up (we hope they call first so we can tidy up a bit...) Usually friends bring something to add to the meal (beer, wine, salad, something interesting to try on pizza...) It is always fun.
So, you are invited...
Here are a couple of pizzas we had last week (I'll try to get some photos of the fun next time...)

Because it is 99 degrees right now and still going up, we will be trying pizza on the grill. Ive seen it done, but never tried it myself. Should be fun. I'll post about it tonight. |
