Strawberries, Tomatoes, and Peppers

We have been enjoying the first of the strawberries for the past week. Today the kids brought in a large bowl full that just looked perfect. I went to get the camera so I could share them, but by the time I returned they had all been consumed. I guess there is nothing like fresh strawberries, with the dew still on them. Maybe I'll get the picture next time.

Here are some other developments in the gardens and greenhouse.

First Tomato is almost ready

Your veggies look great! Yours are a step ahead of mine...probably because of the lack of rain here in S. Oklahoma. I've been watering my rear off!

I only have peppers in the greenhouse. None of the warm weather plants have done a thing outside yet. It's been too cold.

I'll trade a little rain for some warm sunny days. I can't get any of my outside garden beds moving because it is too wet or too cold. The weeds don't seem to mind, and the lawn (which I've given up mowing due to rain and gas prices). I'm sure that in a week I'll be complaining about the lack of water and the heat. FARMING, ya got to love it.
