Pumpkin Fudge
Joan sent us a pound of Pumpkin fudge for Christmas. I was a bit hesitant to try it (I'm a bit of a fudge snob and pumpkin just didn't sound like a flavor I'd like.) Wow! Spicy pumpkin with some pecan crunch mixed in. Perfect for a frigid winter morning with a cup of coffee on the side. Now I have to talk her out of the recipe. It will probably be a seasonal offering, but it should go nicely with our chocolate, peanut butter, and butter pecan fudge. I'm also considering a chili chocolate fudge. Can't wait till we have goat milk again so I can get back to making fudge.

Alan, if it's half as good as it looks, it must be delicious! I'd love to try your peanut butter fudge...my favorite. :)
Thinking of fudge and pumpkin at the same time is weird. However I thought the same think about pumpkin ice cream and that turned out fabulous.
