I have at least twelve new flavors I am going to have at the judging next Saturday. There are a couple I'd like to include but I'm having trouble coming up with a flavor mix to create the fudge. Fudge is basically sugar,milk, and butter. Flavoring is what makes it fudge rather than fondant. The two that are giving me fits are bacon chocolate and butter rum. Anyone have ideas on creating these flavors? I need some help ASAP.
Looks like the judging should be fun. Hope to have quite a selection.
